Next date: Thursday, 15 January 2026 | 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM

A child works on an arts project

Welcome the new year with curiosity and imagination during our Summer School Holiday program at Bundoora Homestead Art Centre.

We'll be harnessing the sunshine to create shadow drawings using watercolour and pencil, upcycling familiar materials to create a beautiful hanging mobile, and exploring colour and composition in a unique pin board collage.

Facilitated by our Education and Public Programs Officer, Stephanie Hicks, these sessions offer children an opportunity to discover and explore art materials, processes and ideas in a playful, relaxed and supportive environment.

All materials provided. Bookings are essential.

The recommended age for kids attending our School Holiday Program is between 5-12 years old. A parent or carer must stay and supervise during the sessions. Younger children are encouraged to attend our Under 5's Art Class during term time.
