Wanala Weaving | Bracelet-Making Workshop

Two hands work on a weaving

Join Wanala Weaving at Bundoora Homestead for a bracelet-making workshop to celebrate NAIDOC week.

Learn the foundations of traditional weaving techniques and create your own unique woven bracelet using natural fibres like raffia.

This workshop is designed to be beginner-friendly and culturally immersive, offering space to slow down, connect, and learn about the significance of weaving in Aboriginal culture. You’ll leave with a handmade piece, a deeper understanding of cultural practices, and a sense of connection to Country and community.
