Starting in China over 2,000 years ago, Qigong is a gentle exercise where you move slowly and breathe deeply. Try this ancient, holistic practice that brings the body, mind and breath together and enjoy a walking meditation around the beautiful Homestead gardens.
The practice is simple and can be done by anyone. All skill levels welcome, no experience necessary.
Please note that sessions will take place on the lawn and gravel surfaces outside the building.
Suitable for all ages 18 years+
