Artist Bio

Paul Verhoeven is best known for being host of Nerds of a Feather and host of weekend breakfast on Triple J, being host and writer of the ABC3 show Steam Punks, and for being a senior contributor for TheVine.com.au, MMGN, Triple J Magazine and Junkee. He is a regular guest on ABC 774 and Sunday Night Safran, and is a regular guest on Good Game and Studio 3.

Paul is one quarter of the sketch group The Lords of Luxury, entering their fifth year of performing, having played sell-out shows at MICF, Perth Fringe and Adelaide Fringe festivals. He also appeared in the 2014 Melbourne Fringe Best Comedy winner, Watson: Who's Afraid of the Dark? 

Paul has a vast social media presence; with 40k twitter followers, he won Pedestrian.tv's King of the Tweet award. His 2013 TEDx talk on sexism in video games went viral. His YouTube channel has over 200k unique hits, and his video recaps are regularly featured on Huffington Post Live. He is a regular guest on The Project on Channel 10.
