Bookings for Darebin Arts Centre

• Please note that completion of this form does not automatically grant approval.
• Once your enquiry has been submitted, our booking staff will get in touch with you to confirm venue availability, negotiate dates, and to provide you with further information and guidance.
• Please allow 2-3 business days for your enquiry to be processed.

Cancellations

• Once a booking is confirmed all cancellations need to be in writing and sent to dacevents@darebin.vic.gov.au
• Cancellations are confirmed once you receive a return email from Darebin Arts Centre. 
• Please refer to the venue hire agreement for cancellation terms.

Privacy

• The collection and handling of personal information is in accordance with Darebin Council's Privacy Policy.
• You can also collect the policy in person from Council's  Customer Service Centres.
